Mixed Greens with Peach and Pecan Dressing



  1. Divide the greens among 4 individual salad plates. Set aside.
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine the peaches, vinegar, broth or water, oil, sugar or honey, thyme, pepper and pecans. Mix until smooth.
  3. Spoon over greens and serve.

Water can be used in place of the vegetable broth.
Any light oil can be used if walnut oil is not available.
