Watermelon Granita

This is a great, summertime drink. It's refreshing and good for you. I make this in a Vitamix, but any blender that is good at crushing ice should work okay.



  1. Puree the melon, lime juice and strawberries until they are very smooth.
  2. Add 3-4 handfulls of ice and blend at a lower speed. Go for a "slushy" consistency.
  3. Serve Immediately
