Greek Vegetable Bean Salad

  1. Rinse, dry and chop spinach, tomato, radishes and parsley. Place in a large salad bowl.
  2. Rinse and drain beans (if you're using canned beans); add to chopped vegetables and toss with crumbled feta cheese.
  3. Mince garlic, chop onion and whisk together with dressing. Pour over salad, mix well and serve.
