Pasta Salad with Toasted Sesame Vinaigrette



  1. Whisk together oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce and tahini. Add toasted sesame seeds.
  2. Cook noodles according to package directions. Rinse in cold water and drain well.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and scallions. Toss with dressing and serve.
